Partner Michael J. Bond completed an LLM in Sustainable International Development at the University of Washington in 2004 and leads our international commercial arbitration practice.  He brings to international claims substantial domestic experience in advising the stakeholders and participants in development work and is prepared to assist governments, businesses and individuals with matters involving cross border transactions and disputes including arbitration.  Michael is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the London Court of International Arbitration.
 
Associate David Mordekhov was born in Moscow, Russia, obtained his first law degree at the Russian University of People's Friendship, is former President of the Russian American Legal Society and speaks Russian. 

Our international practice is supported by assistant Marina Chin who speaks Chinese.
